Also, an accurate traffic reporting system is essential in determining the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. Which ad techniques are paying off for you and which ones are not? You need to know this. A good program will give you complete reports to help refine your marketing efforts.
What marketing assistance and resources are provided? A really good affiliate program will provide all the marketing materials you'll need to promote the product. It should also provide training.
Pay attention to who is selling the product? Beware of scams. They are everywhere - especially on the internet. Also check on the frequency of your commission payments.
Is it FREE to join? There should not be a cost to join an affiliate program. If there is, then it's not a true affiliate program. Again, beware of scams.
